KATHMANDU, June 1: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun who had left home on Sunday for Austria to attend the R20 Austrian World Summit in Vienna on May 28 has returned home today.

KATHMANDU, March 23: Amid growing tendency among Kathmandu-based foreign diplomats to hold meetings with chief ministers and chiefs of local government bodies without seeking prior approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the ministry has written to all Kathmandu-based diplomatic missions to honor the provisions of the Vienna Conventions.
