Siwai bridge further damaged by floods

UDAYAPUR, July 18: The Siwai bridge which was completed after almost 12 years of construction went out of commission two weeks ago after getting severely damaged by the flood in the Triyuga River in Chaudandigadi Municipality-5 in Udayapur district. Also, two additional pillars and three slabs of the bridge which connects Siwai and Belhi were washed away by the flood following incessant rainfall since Saturday morning.
