KATHMANDU, Dec 1: The Nepal Republic Media Pvt Ltd (NRM) on Monday filed an appeal in the Patan High Court seeking punishment to former chief of the state-owned Sajha Prakashan, Dolindra Prasad Sharma, for defaming NRM's managing director Binod Raj Gyawali and Nagarik’s editor Guna Raj Luitel in a book authored by him.

KATHMANDU, Nov 24: The Kathmandu District Court (KDC) has directed former chief of government-owned Sajha Prakashan, Dolindra Prasad Sharma, to remove the names of Nepal Republic Media Pvt. Ltd. (NRM) managing director Binod Raj Gyawali and Nagarik’s editor Guna Raj Luitel from the controversial book, written by Sharma.

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: At a time when retired staffers of Sajha Prakashan have barred Dolindra Prasad Sharma, the erstwhile general manager and chairperson of the publishing house, from entering the premises, the Supreme Court (SC)has upheld the decision of a then Appellate Court finding his appointment illegal.
