KATHMANDU, Jan 19: Chief whip of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party, Ramesh Lekhak has said that the government cannot be apathetic toward the House of Representatives, absolute toward the victims' families and deviate from its duty toward the people.

Kathmandu, Aug 24: Nepali Congress (NC) central member Ramesh Lekhak has been bereaved of his father. His father Dr Prayag Dutta Lekhak died on Friday night amidst the treatment at the Norvic International Hospital, Thapathali.
