KATHMANDU, Sept 10: Following the approval of Nepal's new map by the federal parliament, the government led by then-Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had pledged to share this significant update with foreign embassies, diplomatic missions, and consulates across the country. However, this commitment remains unfulfilled to this day.

KATHMANDU, August 1: The government is preparing to send the newly updated map of Nepal to the international community including the southern neighbour India.

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: The International Relations Committee under the House of Representatives (HoR) has directed the government to issue a map of Nepal specifying its territories, Limpiyadhura, Lipulek, Kalapani and Susta belonging to the country, at the earliest.
