The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has taken a decisive step to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance urban mobility in the downtown area of New Road by imposing a ban on roadside parking. The KMC has provided an alternative place for parking at Kathmandu Tower for the convenience of those visiting the New Road area.
