Nature is so beautiful Oh! The amount of happiness you get there is plentiful Now sitting under a tree

Eating natural, seasonal food can be medicinal to the body. The food we prepare is as natural as possible with seasonal and local ingredients. This contributes to making a person healthy and nurtures nature at the same time. So it feels good!

The antidote to exhaust is not rest, it's nature. So, keep yourself to nature’s heart. Break away from the exhausting lives once in a while and go outside in nature. Here are five things to do outside in nature;

Forty years ago, the programmers at PBS were eager to experiment, so they took a chance and started a new series on animal behavior in the wild called “Nature.”

Nurturing Nature

May 20, 2021 15:05 pm

Every morning, the sun rises up on the horizon pouring down glimmer. Its rays sometimes get hidden by the fluffy pillow-shaped gray clouds in the clear blue sky and the birds resting on branches of trees relish the warmth of the rays. In the winter, the snowflakes fall down from the bright aquamarine sky like the shredded pieces of white tissue.

There remains the question of whether royalties should also be redistributed among localities which neither host nor are physically-affected or neighbor the resource exploitation works in the first place.

Restoring nature to economics

Humanity’s relationship with nature will inevitably change in the coming years, and economic policymakers must influence how it changes. Ignorance is no defense.

IN PICS: Majestic mountains

November 1, 2020 13:10 pm

POKHARA, Nov 1: As the weather across the country is crystal clear, views of the distant mountain ranges are capturing the attention of people.

LONDON – I recently re-read and reflected on everything I have written for Project Syndicate since the start of this year. Two commentaries, in particular, stood out. In January, I suggested that without a new surge in productivity, the world would struggle to achieve the same level of economic growth in the 2020s as it did in previous decades.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a deep and lasting shock at global level; we all know that returning to “business as usual” is not an option. It is imperative that we perceive the crisis as an opportunity to rebuild—and even improve—livelihoods in a sustainable way. High on the agenda is restoring harmony to humanity’s relationship with nature, and particularly with biodiversity.

Advantage nature. This is one thing that has happened by default amid the scourge of Covid-19 pandemic. It took us to be in global lockdown to allow the natural world we have degraded so much to heal itself to some extent. And the visuals of wild animals roaming our streets, vegetation reclaiming their spaces, skies clearing up offering spectacular views of mountains have been feast for our eyes as we shield ourselves indoors. Satellites have shown Carbon Dioxide emissions dropping deep even in major polluters like China and India.

Expectations a heavy burden

April 12, 2019 08:31 am

It’s in our nature to expect for the best to happen. Nobody wishes for bad and horrible things to happen. But, from my experience, most of the time expectations (good and positive ones) only bring about disappointments and unsatisfactory results. It’s a little tricky to convey why I think expectations are disappointing but I’ll attempt to do so through examples from my own life and experience.

Enough is enough

People are rude. That’s just the way it is. But how they behave with you, I believe, is a result of what you allow and what they think they can get away with, based on your reaction when they are rude to you. You have to learn how to navigate that, how to convey (very clearly) the message that you have limits and that they can’t cross it.

The unnoticed

October 26, 2018 09:00 am

There is a small world operating behind the scenes to keep the eco-system going and it goes unnoticed by the majority of us. The tiny world of insects and other organisms are the prime contributors to how wildlife and nature operate. As Jonas Salk, an American medical researcher and virologist, said “If all insects were to disappear from the earth within 50 years, all life on earth would end. If all human beings disappeared from the earth within 50 years, all life on earth would flourish.”
