KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed sorrow over the demise of Mukunda Rijal, the NC regional president from the Kathmandu electoral constituency-7 and Kathmandu metropolis ward number 16 chair.
