Starting from this September 27, 2019 Miss Nepal national title holders will represent the country in the world's top five international pageants —Miss World (London, UK), Miss Universe, Miss Earth (Manila, Philippines) and Miss International (Tokyo, Japan) and Miss Supranational (Katowise, Poland).

MyCity caught Khatri for a short chat to understand more about her life before and after her career in the beauty industry as well as the challenges she faced. Here are the excerpts.

KATHMANDU, March 8: Nepal’s 2018 winner of Miss Nepal beauty pageant Shrinkhala  Khatiwada was at Le Parc des Princes Stadium, Paris on Wednesday night to watch the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match between Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and Manchester United.

BHAKTAPUR, Dec 17: Miss Nepal 2018, Shrinkhala Khatiwada, said she will commit to promote Nepal across the globe all throughout her life. Shrinkhala clinched two awards:  ‘Multimedia Challenge Award’ and ‘Beauty With A Purpose Challenge Award’ and reached the top 12 in Miss World 2018. She admitted that she tried to introduce her country rather than promote herself at the beauty pageant.

KATHMANDU, Dec 9: Miss Nepal Shrinkhala Khatiwada's journey to the top ended after reaching Top 12 during the finale of 68th edition of Miss World held on Saturday in Sanya, China. Her journey halted after the panel of judges for the contest chose Miss Thailand among the three contestants selected from Asia.

KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Miss Nepal 2018 Shrinkhala Khatiwada has bagged the Multimedia Challenge Award in ongoing Miss World 2018 held in Sanya, China.
