KATHMANDU, Aug 8: Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Sudan Kirati, has stirred another controversy by appointing Lharkyal Lama, a controversial figure, as the Vice Chairman of the Lumbini Development Trust, which spearheads initiatives in the Peace Zone.
