TRIVENI (NAWALPARASI) Oct 4: Vehicular movement along the Kaligandaki corridor has been obstructed due to landslides triggered by incessant rain.

GULMI, Sept 28: The Kaligandaki corridor road has been obstructed due to a landslide. The road has been completely closed since last night after a huge landslide fell on the Ridi-Rudrabeni road section under the Kaligandaki corridor, said the district police office, Gulmi. As a result of the road obstruction, passengers and vehicles heading to Palpa, Butwal and other destinations from the area have been stranded.

TRIVENI (NAWALPARASI): Sept 15: Police have restricted nighttime vehicular movement along the Kaligandaki corridor in Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Susta-East).

BALEWA (BAGLUNG), Sept 3: The Baglung section of the Kaligandaki corridor road has been blocked by a landslide. The section remains blocked for traffic since this morning following a landslide triggered by heavy rain on Saturday night.

Earlier, the road-paving work was started in partnership with the federal government, the provincial government and the local government, but it was halted. Only one kilometer of the road was paved.
