Kathmandu Road Division Office starts blacktopping road demolished by KMC in New Road (With Photos)

KATHMANDU, June 3: The Road Division Office, Kathmandu, has started blacktopping the road in the New Road area that was demolished by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) for expanding the footpath. After the metropolis disregarded the instruction given by the Road Division Office to repair the road, the Division Office started blacktopping the road itself.
