JUMLA, Dec 2: A young man from Kailali who was found unconscious at the Jumla Airport has died. According to Karnali police, the young man who was found unconscious died during treatment.

KATHMANDU, August 3: The detailed project report (DPR) of Jumla Airport, for the upgradation of the airport is in limbo. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) and Buddha Air had prepared a DPR to upgrade the airport two years ago. The DPR has not been implemented and neither has the airport been upgraded.

JUMLA, April 19: Flight services have come to a grinding halt at Jumla Airport once again "due to repairs." Earlier in October last year, the authorities had closed the airport for two months citing repairs.

KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Tara Air with Call Sign 9N-AEV which met with an accident while landing at the Jumla Airport in the district on June 9 has flew to Kathmandu on Thursday after fixation.
