KATHMANDU, Feb 27: Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanqi has taken strong exception to the recent comments made by US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Defense for South and Southeast Asia Joseph H. Felter on the China-Nepal bilateral cooperation under the framework of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative.
