KATHMANDU, Oct 8: A newly-constructed building of Shree Saraswati Secondary School, Tikapur in Kailali District, built with the Government of India’s financial assistance of Rs 33 million, was inaugurated on Thursday.
In principle and official pronouncements, India-Nepal relations have always an exemplary brotherly bond. The reality, however, is markedly different. It has remained acrimonious at the core but was always enveloped in a veneer of unparalleled amity.
