KATHMANDU, Sept 15: The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies (MoICS) has been delaying to increase the quota of gold import, exacerbating shortage of the yellow metal in the market. CHITWAN, Sept 5: Police have arrested an Indian national with two kg of gold and four kg of silver from Narayangadh. Police confiscated the valued items in a raid by the Regional Investigation Group of Province 3's Police Office and District Police Office, Hetauda.
