PHUNGLING, Sept 28: The District Hospital in Taplejung has begun generating medical oxygen. The oxygen plant was installed at the hospital last week.

SOLUKHUMBU, Nov 2: The only district hospital at Solukhumbu's Phaplu is without any doctors at present, as none of the doctor chose to work in Solukhumbu following the adjustment process of health workers.  Due to this, patients are obliged to run to hospitals in Kathmandu and Okhaldhunga for even small medical needs.

She thought that buying the medication would not be expensive as the government provides 70 kinds of essential drugs for free. More so, for a pregnant woman.

DHADING, Nov 12: The dead body of an HIV-infected woman who committed suicide remained untouched in the postmortem hall of the District Hospital, Dhading for two days as doctors feared examining it.
