Entire state responsible for promoting Dalit rights: PM Dahal

KATHMANDU, March 21: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has assured that the entire state and authorities concerned would act responsibly for the protection and promotion of the rights of Dalits who have endured caste-based discrimination and exploitations for centuries.
