Today marks the ninth Constitution Day, a momentous occasion for reflection and a fervent call for action. On September 20, 2015, our nation celebrated a significant milestone - the promulgation of a new constitution through an elected Constituent Assembly. This constitution ushered in a federal system of governance, bringing power closer to the people at the grassroots level—an essential achievement in Nepal's constitutional journey, which has witnessed a series of experiments since the introduction of the initial constitution in 1948.
