KATHMANDU, Sept 23: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has expressed dissatisfaction over President Bidhya Devi Bhandari's address to the Global Security Initiative (GSI) conference organized by the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) on Wednesday. According to MoFA, the President addressed the conference against Nepal's foreign policy of not being involved in any security umbrella.
