BIRATNAGAR, Jan 1: Provincial Chief Parshuram Khapung has called upon the members of the Provincial Assembly to submit their claims for the post of Chief Minister of Province 1. On Sunday, Provincial Chief Khapung called for submission of claims for the post by January 8.
