KATHMANDU, March 19: The Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed Kosh Hari Niraula as the Director General of the Department of Immigration (DoI). The post had been vacant since February 18, after the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority filed a case against the then director general Rudra Singh Tamang.
