KATHMANDU, Jan 19: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) has decided to further effectively implement all the recommendations furnished by the COVID-19 Crisis Management Coordination Center (CCMC) and the government in a bid to prevent and control COVID-19.

KATHMANDU, Jan 10: The COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has recommended the Ministry of Health and Population to ensure effective control, prevention and treatment of coronavirus.

Amid concerns raised from various quarters, the CCMC has decided to restrict cross-border movement of foreign nationals from all land entry points with India and those coming to Nepal via air route will also have to stay in quarantine for 14 days. The CCMC has also recommended enforcing lockdown if any urban district has already witnessed 500 cases of COVID-19 and hilly districts more than 200 cases.
