Yeti Airlines achieves IATA ISSA certification

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: Yeti Airlines has achieved International Air Transport Association (IATA) Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA) certification.


In the field of aviation, this ISSA certificate is awarded only to the airlines that maintain excellent air safety.


Yeti Airlines CEO Subhash Sapkota said, "We are extremely proud to receive the ISSA certificate. This is a significant achievement in our efforts to enhance the quality of aviation safety and operational procedures. This accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and further confirms our commitment to providing passengers with a safe and reliable air travel experience."

The ISSA program conducts a thorough assessment of an airline operator's safety management system before awarding a certificate. Yeti Airlines has been recognized as an ISSA operator as it has implemented every requirement of the global standards after being evaluated at different stages.
