KATHMANDU, June 9: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakash Man Singh has urged the newly elected people's representatives to work honestly by winning the trust of the people.
He urged the people’s representatives to fulfill their responsibilities sincerely in a program organized by Nepali Congress Kathmandu Constituency No. 9 today.

"People voted for you by believing in you. Work to win the trust of the people. Do your duties honestly," said Singh.
Former General Secretary of the party Singh said that the NC had won most of the wards in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City even though it had not won the major post. He said that the party and the organization should be kept at the center while working.
Leader Singh directed the newly elected people's representatives to work for the people by remembering the sacrifices and contributions made by the party's founding leaders Bishweshwar Prasad Koirala, Ganeshman Singh, Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, Subarna Shamsher Rana and others.
