KATHMANDU, Oct 23: It will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of the country today while the weather will be clear in the remaining areas, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. The weather will remain generally clear despite the impacts of the westerly wind, it said.
According to meteorologist Raju Pradhananga, it will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas, and the weather will be clear in the remaining areas. A light rain along with a thunderstorm is predicted at one or two places in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki provinces.

Snowfall is also likely in high hilly and mountainous areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki provinces, he said.
