DHANGADHI, July 2: The vote count has been halted at two wards in Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan City.

The vote count was halted after the parties demanded the polling site reports.

“The polling site reports were packed into sacks and sealed following the demand of the leaders,” said returning officer Dhan Singh Mahara.

“We put the polling site reports into a sack and sealed it after the political parties suggested that it would be inappropriate to put polling site reports and the ballot papers together.” “The Election Commission has directed us to carry on vote counting if the seal of the sack of polling site reports is intact,” Singh Said.
