KATHMANDU, July 1: The National Assembly has passed the Drugs (Third Amendment) Bill, 2079 BS.



A meeting of the National Assembly on Friday unanimously passed the proposal to pass the Drug (Third Amendment) Bill 2079 tabled by Health and Population Minister Bhavani Prasad Khapung.

Similarly, the proposal to pass the Health Workers and Health Institutions Security (First Amendment) Bill 2079 submitted by Minister Khapung was also passed unanimously.


In the meeting, the proposal to pass the Railway Bill 2079 submitted by the Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Renu Kumari Yadav was also passed unanimously.


The next meeting of the National Assembly has been called for 1PM on July 4.
