KATHMANDU, March 1: The main opposition party, CPN-UML, which did not participate in the parliament for the ratification of the US-aid project Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact agreement, is scheduled to make public its official position today.

UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is holding a press conference at the Royal Banquet in Tinkune today at 1 PM.
According to UML Central Publicity Department Deputy Chief Bishnu Rijal, the UML's official views on the MCC and recent development in the country will be made public. The MCC was ratified by the parliament on Sunday.
