UML candidate Bhandari maintains lead in Bajhang

BAJHANG, April 28: CPN-UML’s Daman Bhandari has maintained the lead in the ongoing vote count in Bajhang constituency (A).

BAJHANG, April 28: CPN-UML’s Daman Bhandari has maintained the lead in the ongoing vote count in Bajhang constituency (A).


According to Gorakh KC, the Information Officer at the District Election Office, ward No 1 of Chabbis Pathibhara Rural Municipality comprising  three polling stations witnessed robust participation in the electoral process.

As per the latest tally, UML’s Bhandari has garnered 757 votes so far while Nepali Congress candidate Abhishek Bahadur Singh has secured 380 votes.


Similarly, Janak Budha (Maoist Center) has received 226 votes, and Dil Bahadur Singh of CPN (Unified Socialist) has received 115 votes.


Likewise, Kishor Khadka (Rastriya Prajatantra Party) has received 9 votes.
