Sunil Kumar Singh, 40, of Bhimnagar of India was arrested along with the vehicle (PB 12 B 7920) while he was importing the vehicle to Nepal evading customs.[break]
Singh and the vehicle were handed over to the Sunsari Customs Office, according to the District Police Office, Sunsari.
Similarly, police have arrested a person along with prohibited drug at Ramnagar Bhutaha VDC in the district.
Police said that Kisan Dev Shah, 22, of the same VDC was arrested along with 150 bottles of Corex, drug banned for importing to Nepal.Police also seized a motorcycle (Ko 1 Pa 2055) used by Shah.
Seized motorcycle and drugs have been kept at the District Police Office and necessary process has been forwarded for legal action against Shah.
