Sanu Pradhan, 12, of Jaljale, Sindhupalchowk, died when a bus bound for Kathmandu met with an accident, police said.
Five among the injured have sustained critical injuries. They are undergoing treatment in a polyclinic in Bardibas.
Meanwhile, 32-year-old Dipeek Chaudhary of Manpur, Dumra VDC in Kapilvastu, was electrocuted while irrigating a field on Friday.
