The arrested are Ayodhya Tharu and Pallu Tharu.
Two homemade pistols were recovered from the house belonging to the former while one loaded pistol, three rounds of SLR bullets and 500 grams of sulfur used in making explosives were seized from the house of the latter, the police said.
