Two arrested for stealing mobile phones during Maha Shivaratri

KATHMANDU, Feb 28: A team from the Balaju Gumba police post have 10 stolen mobile phones of different brands. 


The suspects, 31-year-old Bijay Magar from Gorkha Municipality-6 and 34-year-old Abhishek Gurung from Barpak Rural Municipality-4, Gorkha, had been living in Gongabu.

Police nabbed them near Balaju Basantapur Gumba and sent them to the Gaushala Police Circle for further action. The Kathmandu District Court approved a five-day custody extension on February 26. The investigation is underway.
