Prof Dr Khaniya said, "Now, TU has been IT-friendly. We are effortful of making TU activities paperless."
According to Khaniya, the service would be started in the regional level offices and campuses as well, adding that the online system would be made systematic by 2020 and bring in more reforms in examination systems.
Likewise, Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi said with the new startup the students would collect their transcripts on the same day they filled their form up by ending the weeklong practice.
In the initial days, the TU would give the transcript in a single day only to the students of the B. Ed students as a trial but would issue to all the students within a week.
The new technology can print 45 transcripts in a minute. The TU would distribute registration cards, examination forms, mark-sheets and provisional certificates via the same system. With this system in place, the students would get one-stop service.
