The Division in a communiqué said that many people were killed and injured in the past and lives and properties were lost from throwing dirty water, water filled balloon, consuming alcohol and driving motorcycles by not using helmets and playing Holi in the hoods of vehicles. [break]
The police urged all to celebrate with patience as a festival and with discipline, not to travel many people in one motorcycle, use seat belts and not to throw colored water to pedestrians from rooftops.
