KATHMANDU, Feb 12: David Pimentel, assistant professor at Florida Coastal School of Law and an expert in international court governance, is coming to Nepal this week to help in the country’s constitution writing, The Florida Times Union reported Thursday.

Pimentel is one of eight legal experts invited to Nepal for a constitutional conference, and will co-chair a session on judicial system, the newspaper said.

Pimentel has helped several nations reshape their government. He headed efforts to strengthen rule of law in Sudan for the United Nations mission in 2006 and has helped reform Bosnia’s court system after the Dayton Peace Accords ended the war in the Balkans in the 90s.
