A new photo of Tom Cruise believed to be from the upcoming 'Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness' sets has leaked online.

Although the authenticity of the picture is not confirmed, the picture features Tom sporting a beard, much like Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark. He is seen standing in front of a green screen with an arm also wrapped in green cloth.

The picture comes just days after rumors claimed that the Oscar-winner will play an Iron Man variant in the upcoming film. He is rumored to join a host of other Marvel stars, including Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, John Krasinski, and many others, who will make cameos in the film.

The buzz is that the stars will enjoy up to two minutes of screen time as their respective characters.

Characters including Billy and Tommy Maximoff, Black Bolt, Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, the Ancient One, Sylvie, and Human Torch will reportedly have less than three minutes of screen time each.

Strange Supreme, Loki, Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, Rintrah, Quicksilver, Magik, Jean Grey, and Maria Rambeau’s Captain Marvel will appear between 3-5 minutes each in the movie.

Captain Carter, Professor X, and Gargantos will also be appearing in for under 8 minutes.

As 'Multiverse of Madness' is a Doctor Strange film, it will center around Benedict Cumberbatch's character of the Sorcerer Supreme and his race against time to restore the balance of the universe.

The film is slated to hit theatres on 6 May 2022.
