RUPANDEHI, Jan 19: Lumbini Traffic Police has introduced a time card for tippers operating in two sections of the road in the district in a bid to minimize road accidents. The time card will be implemented for the tippers operating from Dovan of Palpa to Butwal and from Butwal to Bhairahawa.

The Lumbini Traffic Police Office in Butwal informed about this new arrangement during a press conference organized on Monday. The Office said that the time card was launched in view of the tendency of tippers to overspeed along these two sections of the road causing a number of accidents.
