Three Province Chiefs relieved of their post

KATHMANDU, March 13: President Ramchandra Paudel has relieved the Province Chiefs of three provinces from their posts.

According to a press statement issued by the Office of the President on Wednesday, President Paudel relieved Chief of the Madhesh Province Hari Shankar Mishra, the Chief of the Gandaki Province Prithvi Man Gurung and the Chief of the Sudurpaschim Province Devraj Joshi of their posts in accordance with Article 165 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal and on the recommendation on March 11 of the cabinet, according to the statement.
