They were rescued from India recently, District Police Office Banke chief, Superintendent of Police Arun Poudel, said. They left the village with a local Mangal Bam who on January 5 returned home alone.

The arrival of Bam alone in the village compelled their families to seek the help of police to find out the whereabouts of the boys who said they were workers at a hotel in Himachal Pradesh, India.

They were handed to the families Thursday.
