POKHARA, Feb 3: Gopal Thapa scored in the injury time as Sahara UK entered the semifinals of the Seventh Aaha Gold Cup Football Tournament beating BN Sporting Club, Bangladesh 2-1 at the Pokhara Stadium Tuesday. [break]
Thapa scored in the first minute of the injury time to break the deadlock after Simon Williams scored in the 77th minute to cancel Tutul´s opening goal for the Bangla outfit in the 48th.
Sahara UK will now play Nepal Army in the second semifinal on Thursday while defending champion Nepal Police Club faces Belgariya Sporting Club, Kolkata in the first semifinal Wednesday.
