"Samyukta Jatiya Mukti Morcha has been threatening VDC secretaries in various districts," Paudel said, adding, "We had no option but to tender our resignation." LDO Paudel said he has not accepted the resignations.
Chief District Officer Jeevan Oli has urged the secretaries not to resign in haste.
