KATHMANDU, Feb 15: The suspended Member of Parliament of Kailali Constituency 2, Arun Kumar Chaudhary, has arrived at the district court to record his statements.
Chaudhary has been brought to the District Court, Kailali to record statements in response to a writ petition filed by Chaudhary in Dipayal High Court.

He had filed a warrant of extradition in the Dipayal High Court on February 5, and a writ against custody on January 10, demanding his release. Chaudhary had refused to give an order on the writ petition, demanding that the time limit given in his case be canceled and his release from prison, as he was not aware of the decision made by the District Court Kailali. .
Both sides were summoned by the court on February 12. On that day, the High Court Judge Desh Bahadur Sarki had ordered to call Chaudhary for a statement on the habeas corpus writ petition.
