KATHMANDU, Oct 22: Solidarity for Dr Govinda KC Alliance is organizing a street march in the capital city on Saturday, to pressure the political parties to pass the impeachment motion against Lokman Singh Karki, the chief of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

The march will begin at 11 from Maitighar Mandala, according to the organizer. “It is fight against autocratic tendency. Thus, it is both duty and responsibility of civil society members to stand against the injustice,” the alliance said. “It is fight to strengthen rule of law in the country.” The alliance has appealed to the members of the public to take part in the march.
