If you ask many youngsters about politics most of them simply say “not interested in that”. But there are some like Bishal Rijal, 22, who argues that youths should join politics to change the country for the betterment.

A student of political science from Ilam district, Rijal, who is currently residing in Battisputali, said some identify themselves as Pahadi, some as Himali, and others as Madhesi, and some other introduce themselves with their castes or status, “but I always introduce myself as a human born in Nepal. So I am Nepali”.
