DHADING,Nov 19: A socket bomb has been found planted at District Election Office premises this morning.

According to DSP Ram Bahadur KC of District Police Office, Dhading, the improvised explosive device was found planted at the office door. KC added that the IED is believed to have been planted by the Communist Party of Nepal.
