A new controversy has started relating to this show. In the trailer of its 10th episode, Lord Shiva is shown being romantic to a young woman to make a Tiktok video. After the release of the trailer, it is being criticized on social media. In this concern, singer Shrestha has claimed that the episode has portrayed Lord Shiva as a ‘funny character’ and that it is an assault on the Hindu faith.

He wrote, “They should not broadcast this series of comedy, which makes fun of Lord Shiva and immediately apologize publicly for this audacity. Otherwise, we followers of Sanatan Dharma will not remain silent. This is an attack on our faith. The Ministry of Communication, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Culture should also investigate this attack on religious faith and punish the wrongdoers.”

Shrestha has also drawn the attention of Shivsena and Biswa Hindu Parisad to the issue.
