DHANGADHI, April 18: Normal life in Kailali district has been affected due to Nepal banda called by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led group today.

Educational institutions, transport service, markets and factories have remained closed due to the Nepal banda. Locals of Attariya and Lamki were terrorized after suspicious objects were found there. However, the suspicious materials were not the improvised explosive devices (IEDs), said Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Dakshya Kumar Basnet.
