Addressing the closing session, Chairman of the College Professor Hirendra Pradhan thanked instructor Pradhan and AOL Nepal for the training. “I intended to bring this program to my staff, colleagues to help them cope with the stress that arises in the workplace. Having a sound, healthy mind is very important to perform well in the workplace and home, which is why I offered them the opportunity. I’m happy with the faculty’s zeal and commitment to participate in this training and on days to come,” he was quoted in the statement.

The statement also read that KEC became the pioneering educational institution to incorporate and integrate ‘I Excel, I Integrate’ training for its staff. With this, the foundation intends to spread the importance of mindfulness and shared their intention to approach other institutions as well.
